At Miner Winers, we are committed to providing high-quality ASIC mining hardware. Due to the nature of mining equipment, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or not functioning as described upon arrival

  • The wrong product was shipped

  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, customers must contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Proof of issue (photos or videos)

All return requests are subject to review and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed miners

  • Products damaged due to improper setup or usage

  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong product

  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days

Shipping fees and transaction fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Important Notice

Cryptocurrency mining hardware is sensitive equipment. Performance and profitability depend on external factors such as electricity cost, mining difficulty, and market conditions. We do not guarantee returns or mining profits.
