We understand that purchasing ASIC miners and related mining hardware is a significant investment, which is why we provide a transparent warranty policy designed to protect our customers and ensure confidence in every purchase.

Our warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from MinerWiners and covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Each warranty claim is carefully evaluated to provide fair and timely solutions while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Warranty Coverage

All new ASIC miners and mining equipment sold by MinerWiners are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. The warranty period generally begins on the date the order is delivered to the customer.

Warranty coverage includes defects resulting from manufacturing faults, hardware failures under normal operating conditions, and functional issues that occur during the valid warranty period.

Depending on the manufacturer, warranty periods may vary. Most new mining machines include a warranty of up to 12 months, while certain accessories, power supplies, and replacement parts may have shorter warranty periods.

If your product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, our support team will assist you in troubleshooting the issue and coordinating repair or replacement with the manufacturer when applicable.

Please note that refurbished, used, or clearance products may carry a different warranty period or may be sold without warranty. The applicable warranty will always be indicated on the product listing before purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty coverage becomes void under any of the following circumstances:
    •    Physical damage resulting from drops, impacts, or mishandling.
    •    Damage caused by water, moisture, flooding, or corrosion.
    •    Lightning strikes, unstable electrical supply, voltage fluctuations, or power surges.
    •    Operation outside the manufacturer’s recommended environmental conditions.
    •    Unauthorized firmware modifications, overclocking, or software alterations.
    •    Repairs or disassembly performed by unauthorized technicians.
    •    Removal or alteration of serial numbers, warranty labels, or security seals.
    •    Damage caused during transportation after delivery unless reported immediately upon receipt.
    •    Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or damage that does not affect product functionality.

Mining hardware requires proper ventilation, stable power sources, and appropriate operating temperatures. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation guidelines may result in warranty rejection.

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products immediately upon delivery and report shipping damage within 48 hours.
